WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
FHI is a global platform, connecting customers with products from across the world. Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the product's location.
1: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP I PLACED?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing time for your order to ship at your doorstep.
Orders will be shipped via E-Packet, DHL or otherwise stated in checkout. U.S, Canada OR International Orders. They will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
There are circumstances that are not under our control like natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc which may cause shipping delay. Most of the packages will arrive on time but there may be some circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. Due to these reasons we do not guarantee the exact delivery time but we do our best to ship the products to your doorstep.
3: WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, you will get your order no, tracking number etc and it will be easily traceable once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers as our product research team spends for best quality products.

4: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are easily cancel your order with no penalty but you must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it. If the item has already shipped, please email shop email@example.com. All you need is just to send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" & We will process it.
5: I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly no worries, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us the correct information to update. Notify us immediately via email at shop firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you the best.
6: MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We always care of your shipping packages and ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 999 products arrives damaged due to shipping service mistreatment or accident.
